Beastiality

Before reading this post, I want y'all to know that I am NOT saying "Here, Rover! Here, Boy...." THAT IS NASTY. With that said, read on...

What's up with the ban on beastiality thing?? I have a rightfully hot erotic short fic story, but because the male in the story has claws and fur, it's bad. Forbidden fruit. Taboo. I can't share it. No one is going to get to read it.

Not fair.

By all intents and purposes, he isn't a beast at all, but an animorphic Egypitan god. Hello?! Anubis is not animal. Sexy as hell, I think. Well, except for those *ahem* Hollywood-ized, rotted-flesh-with-golden-collars Anubis Warriors in The Mummy Returns. Ew. But, Oo! Wasn't Oded hot, fighting them, though? Sweaty, little bit of blood, tussled hair... Oh, yeah! *sigh* But, I digress.

I am half tempted to post the short fic here. But, then again, I am not sure if my (two) readers would appreciate that. (Hi, Candice! Hi, Bernita!) And what good would come of scaring away my gals? Gratification of thumbing my nose at the ban is only so satisfying, after all. Maybe I should just horde it up like the "grubby candy" that it is. Maybe not.

Any suggestions?

You can post if you want, I"ll read it. It sounds intriguing.. I mean, I can handle "non human" leads in a story, if they're presented well...

I'll keep that in mind, Candice. Maybe I'm just biased *wink*, but I think he is presented very well. So do the other ladies that have read it. Maybe through email, so you get the wole thing instead of pieces-parts on the blog?

sounds good. :)

I'll go you one further...

Once I've got my current WiP all sown up I'm planning on doing something with a few of our more nocturnal brethren in a kind of post-apocalalyptic/mediaeval setting. I'm planning on using Bio-Tech as a McGuffin for the existence of werewolves, vampires, and a whole host of other interesting fantasy creatures, along with a side order of 'wraiths' (are you familiar with 'The Crow'? Yep, lots of 'undead' Eric Draven types). So, into that mix I'm considering having the main character (a werewolf) involved with a wraith: bestiality and necrophilia combined.

I'm thinking of having it as something of a sado-masochistic relationship, but then I think I'd just be flogging a dead horse...

Tsavo, I love your sense of humor. "Flogging a dead horse." Brilliant! I can also appreciate your taste in movies and writing subjects. (The Crow RULES)

Since I started reading Bernita's blog, and thereby, your posts, I have often wondered what it must be like to be so painfully brilliant.

Savannah; Flattery (they say) will get you absolutely everywhere!

I always hope that the things I say are of value to those who read them when commenting on other people's blogs (does that class as a mixed metaphor, or something more sinister...?). I just hope people don't get the impression that I'm too full of myself when I wax lyrical about things on another person's personal space.

I'll make sure to ask Bernita what it feels like next time I'm there... : )

Tsavo, it's not flattery, it's truth. (But you can call it that if you wish!) Wax lyrical here whenever you so choose, I find you decisive command of the language to be fascinating.

Savannah; (*Scottish accent*) Pay no heed to yon pink-haired jessie!

And thank you very much for your compliments. It appears that whilst my singing voice is long since gone (why is it that a steady diet of whiskey and cigarettes only seems to work for jazz singers and bluesmen?), my writing voice seems to be in fine fettle.

Waddymean, "Hi Bernita?"
Ya think I'm corseted or something?
Oh Iago....
Anubis sounds very good.
Go for it. Might be a little different than the usual. In fact,it sounds very good.
I don't read that genre much, but it sounds original to me.
Has all sorts of potential.

Oh yes, and you're right about Tsavo.

I love reading his posts! The First two parts of the Anubis story are up now, so let me know what ya think. although, be gentle...

Hey, Tsavo, do you rp?

Tsavo Leone said...

As you can see, my head has swollen somewhat so I've had to change masks...

Do I rp? Only after spicy food... oh, that wasn't a typo'... whoops... ; )

I'm presuming that by 'rp' you mean Role Play, and I'm guessing that that also means White Wolf, TSR, & Chaosium et al rather than the whole Princess Leia/Han Solo bit? I used to, back in the day, but I haven't realy had the motivation or opportunity to do so in quite a while. There are so many different flavours to choose from, and whilst I've always liked a smidgeon of variety I like to stay true to my favourites.

And on that note, food first and Anubis soon after...

Savannah knows I love her! :) It's only fair that we torment each other on our blogs. :)

Tsavo,
I thought I recognized your hand as an rp person. Indicative action tags, premise sets with accent's included. :) I am a member of a couple little rpg, nothing so large as the White Wolf ones. These are kind of a mishmash of medieval and vampire. Fun stuff. Of course, true to my nature, I run a goddess charcter in the main group!

Candice,
You are my girl! Feel free to torture at will! :) (I'm just storing up ammo for later... hehehehe)
